Today’s guest is a former teacher by profession and after losing her passion for the classroom in 2011, Kirsty Gibbs decided to leave and start her tutoring business - a dream that she had had  after seeing the impact she could make, working in small groups and 1on1 with students.

She went all in, opening a centre on the Gold Coast and having a second location within 12 months.

Kirsty's business was extremely successful and she was able to employ 15+ staff members and impact the lives of many students (and their families).

After having children of her own, Kirsty sold one of her centres and restructured the other so it was fully mobile.  She also took this time to create another educational business 'The School Readiness Toolkits'.

Kirsty's experience in business and the tutoring industry has since lead her to share her skills, knowledge, and experience other teachers and tutoring business owners.

With her course 'Classroom to Business' that helps the everyday teachers start their own business, and her membership 'The Tutoring Growth Mastermind' which helps business owners to create scalable and sustainable 6-figure businesses, Kirsty is leading with her heart to help teacherpreneurs to transform their lives, to create more freedom, flexibility and financial success - through doing what they love.

Jo

Well welcome to Business and Sequins Kirsty, it's so good to have you here.

Kirsty

Thank you so much. It's really awesome to be here.

Jo

Now you know you've all heard Kirsty's intro. So what I wanted to do though was just, firstly tell us that Kiristy and I we have actually met in person halfway, but we have met online.

Kirsty

Yeah, yeah, we're online buddies.

Jo

We are online buddies. We're kind of Instagram buddies. We've chatted to each other on Instagram, and things like that. So I'm quite excited to be zooming with Kirsty and actually be able to see her lovely face. So, for the listeners who are listening we, yeah, we haven't actually met in person. We are Instagram buddies. And we are going to have a chat about Kirsty and her business. So Kirsty, in your own words, would you like to tell the listeners a little bit about your journey and how you've gotten to where you are now?

Kirsty

Yeah, sure. Um, so I am a teacher by trade. That is something that, you know, I always wanted to be when I was little, um, I've taught in England have taught back in Australia, and I, I love teaching, I love working with kids. But after years in the classroom, I just got to a point where the joy was just being sucked out. I didn't wake up every morning, wanting to go to work. And it got to a point where I was looking for something different. I was always online looking for another job, or trying to do something different. And then I remembered something that I had done in England, I had done a ski season in France. And at that ski season, I had been the manager of a five star chalet. So I think like James Bond kind of stuff like two fireplaces, your own chef, your own driver hostess, just amazing. And my job there was to manage these people. So I was constantly problem solving. I was constantly doing time management, organizational skills, and I communicating and interacting with people all the time. And when I was sort of sitting back and remembering that I thought, well, why can't I do that now? Why can't I do something different? Why do I have to be a teacher forever, if I'm not loving it. And so I went off on all these tangents trying to create a business where I was doing something like that. The problem is the we're not in here. So it's not as easy for people to come to us. And there are no awesome ski fields for us to create a chalet. So I went through idea after idea after idea, then I realized, I already have these superpowers of teaching, I already know that I can, you know, provide an amazing service. Why don't I start a tutoring business? So I created learning blocks, which was my tutoring business, I left my full time teaching job. Everybody thought I was mad, including my principal, she was very kind, but also like, what are you doing, you have a really good job. But it was just something that I had to do. I had no idea what I was doing. I created an actual physical center. So I went all in, created a center on the Gold Coast and just back to myself, I really put myself in a position where I had no other option other than to make it work. And for me, that's probably been a bit of something in life that I do to myself, you know, put pressure on myself, so I have to make it work. But anyway, I, you know, grow my tutoring business created a second center. Everything was going really well until I got pregnant. And my pregnancy wasn't going so well. So I had to reassess. So I sold one of my businesses and restructure the other so that it was fully automated mobile, you know, I have great staff in place. And for the last seven years, it's just done its thing. And I've been super blessed to have that there. And then a few years ago, I mean, accidentally over the years I've been business coaching, but a couple of years ago I thought I really like this and I started getting a lot more one on one clients then it was just general business and it was a lot of moms in business that I was working with. And it was the end of last year where I thought this is what I want to do. I love this. I love connecting with people. I love helping them start their business. I love being organized and helping other people be organized. I love problems. Solving. So you know, there's a lot of problems in business that we have to solve. And so I went all in. And that's how I ended up creating my course classroom business and my mastermind. So that's it in a nutshell was a bit of a journey to get to where I am now. And there was a lot of moments where I had no idea what I was doing, or what I wanted to do. But I can honestly say, now that I wake up in the morning, and I am excited to go record granted that I only have to work walk, you know, up one set of flight of stairs, and it's in my own house. But I really do love what I do. I love the people that I work with. So I'm pretty lucky.

Jo

Yeah, that is really exciting. And then just circling back, so you've got two children at the moment. How old are your children?

Kirsty

So five and seven now? Oh, wow. going on? 15? Yeah,

Jo

I know that feeling as well. I've got a 12 year old that I think is going on 25. And a 17 year old who thinks she's our parent as well. So it's interesting times, especially when you've got this 17 year old trying to parent the 12 year old? Yeah, well, you're telling them off. So it's it's interesting times, though, like, yeah, and so how do you manage working your business around the children as well?

Kirsty

Yeah, so I do have to take my hat off right now and totally acknowledge my husband, because he has no idea about business. And, you know, I'll ask him to help me with something in his life. But he's extremely supportive. And he, you know, throughout my years of do this, do that, I'm going to chop and change here, there and everywhere. He has been a rock. And I think that he's the first part of why I can do what I do. The second part is that I just set boundaries. So you know, my eldest is at school now. And my youngest is it can be three days a week, and then my work days. So when she's home on a Thursday and Friday, they're the days that I'm with her Saturdays and Sundays, they're the days that our whole family together. So I set those boundaries in place. And then I have been so lucky to create a business that works around that. So the tutoring business, obviously, I have staff that are in that now. So in the beginning, it was all me. And I was doing everything. And then I was able to, you know, bring teachers in and, and step back from the physical contact does. But I never will let myself go into a business where it's taking up all of my time. And I learned that the hard way. So I created a product based business a few years ago that took off. And it did really, really well. But it was extremely labor intensive. And that time LC was only two. And I was spending all of this time. Like I was awake every night super late, because I didn't want to be taking time away from her. But then during the daytime, I'm spending all this time on Instagram, trying to market my product and follow up this and follow up clients and then pack boxes and create kits and just got to a point where I was like, What am I doing without even realizing it, this business had grown to a point where I had no time for my family. And I just right there drew a line in the sand. I said I never want to do that again. So now I just have those boundaries in place. And really carve out the time for my kids. So after school activities, I you know, my husband and I will share depending on who time but it's not. You know, it's school holidays at the moment. So it's a bit tricky. And my girls know, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and mommy's workdays, but I still will break the day up, you know, we'll still get out in the afternoon and do something together or we'll still you know, I will even plan ahead and say, Okay, I'm not working these school holidays, for example. These ones are a little bit different because of my launch. But normally I can carve that time out and set that up beforehand. So I'd say that's probably the two biggest things my husband who's super supportive and very, very involved with our kids. And just setting those boundaries and literally creating a life and a business that I want creating a business that suits the life that I want.

Jo

I love that you've been able to do that and that you've been able to create your the business and that you get to have two days with your children because Time flies when kids are you think when you're in the trenches, you're thinking Oh god, this is just taking So long, but when they get a bit older, you realize that time has gone so quickly, and you'll never get it back. So I think hats off to you for designing a business around your lifestyle, but being able to create those boundaries as well. And my husband is I've just given him the four hour workweek to read. And I say to him, just read this, please. I know, it's but I'm just laughing, how it went from, you know, the four hour, the four day workweek. And now it's gone down to kind of the four hour workweek. But I just didn't read this, I think it could revolutionize our life. Have a look at it, and tell me what you think. And but I think it's just all about creating, what do you want within your business? And you know, how can you make it work. But I think, too, that you're setting a really good example for your children, for girls to be able to look at you and go, Wow, mommy can build a business and three days a week and spend time with us. I think that is just Yeah, I think that's brilliant. And so you've got three days where you pack all your work into those three days. So tell us, what do you do in those three days?

Kirsty

Oh, I feel like sometimes it's more requested, What don't I do. And I like to be really organized. So there are certain things that I'll do at the beginning of every month, till the end of every month to make my business as streamlined and automated as possible. So you know, for example, I'll have my social media batched and created and planned at the beginning of the month for that month, and it's all scheduled to go out and certain times, because I found for me, that was one of the hardest things is, you know, you have to be seen on social media, and you have to be active on social media and be consistent. And that just wasn't fitting in with me wanting to be present with my kids. So that's probably one of the big things I do. I'm doing a lot of one on one coaching at the moment as well. So I've got a lot of clients who are in different stages of their businesses. So some of them are just starting, you know, they're, well, I'm not going to say they're all teachers, because they're actually not. So we've got loads of different backgrounds who are wanting to pivot, they're wanting to leave the classroom, or they're just wanting to help their children, you know, with their education. So I am basically working with them to help them to create a business that works around their lifestyle, because that's the whole thing for me is if you've got kids, then why would you create another job for yourself, that just takes up as much time as it was taking before when you're in your, you know, nine to five, or whatever it was. So helping them to create that and teaching them the business processes and the basic foundations that they need to set up now that they've got that successful business down the track. And then at the other end of the scale working with ladies who are already in their business, but you know, have hit that ceiling. And it happens a lot for tutoring businesses, they, you know, they're working one on one so much, and there's only so much that you can do, they've only got themselves, they don't have any employees again, you know, you get that income ceiling, that revenue ceiling, and you've got no room to move. And you're burning out because you're doing so much. So I work with them a lot on figuring out other revenue strings, ways they can improve their services to improve their margins, or change their services to improve their margins. So that's been something that I've been doing a lot of lately, which again, I love because as I said, I really enjoy connecting with people, but I really enjoy business. So it's like the two of them combined. Being able to, you know, bounce ideas and problem solve for people. And a lot of the situations that they're stuck in are things that I've been through myself. So I always feel that I can give some insight and give some answers for them. So I'm just trying to think of what else I do. During my days. I get very distracted with food every now and then. I mean, if I'm sitting here and my works getting too hot, I'll have a little feedback, so usually have a few of those a day.

Jo

It is really tough, though, isn't it because when you are by yourself, it does get really tough when you're in business by myself and I'm a realist. I'm a big stickler for the Pomodoro Technique. I use the Pomodoro Technique and but I find that I'm better at it in the mornings and then when it comes to the afternoon, it just kind of everything just kind of ends up smudging and together. So I've realized that my peak time is working in the morning, where else Smash out, you know, three or four of those pomodori time slots are 15 minutes to get through the work, and then kind of relax into the afternoon. But you don't you just kind of you do you find that. And one thing that I found too is, when you work from home, it's a lot you find yourself eating at your desk more. Do you find that?

Kirsty

Well, I definitely would accept I have a really strict rule of no food upstairs, because I don't want cockroaches. I know that we have a cockroach problem, but it's something that my mom, you know, we grew up with. She has a massive fear of cockroaches. And I think I've inherited that. But it was always this really strict rule of no food in the bedrooms, no food upstairs. So I've just, you know, embrace that rules. So I will go downstairs, and then come back up because I'm so like, we're not having kids or interventions. That's disgusting. And cockroaches in Australia are huge. And they fly.

Don't even talk about them.

They're very big. Oh, no, no, but my husband will be lived in Sydney. He's got he got one. There was one on our lounge, and he managed to get it out the door. But it actually flew straight back at him. And so ever since then he's just been cockroaches. He's like, no, can't do it. Especially the Australian ones. No, absolutely not. So you're probably and there's probably a good role for you have actually with no food is. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I'm pretty excited that you said that. You know, what you do your tutoring course and things like that. It's just as not just for teachers. Because, yeah, I know that there are a lot of parents who homeschool whose children then leave. So you know, something like what you've got with your business and what you do and teaching you how to have a tutoring business is great for anyone kind of wondering what to do?

Yeah, definitely, we've actually got a couple of ladies currently going through the course who exactly that. So one of them was homeschooling her own son, because he's got some learning needs, learning difficulties, and she's sort of, so she's done some extra study to help her with that side of things. And now she's like, I actually really like this. And I think I want to do this a bit more. And so she's going through the course at the moment, and we've just had another lady who's nearly finished. And she is, you know, she's got great plans of setting up a physical center, she already knows she's bringing stuff in, she's got this vision already of, it's not just me doing this by myself as a little side, hustle, I'm going big. So it's really interesting, you know, just two people with the same business idea how they can go in such different directions, and neither one is right or wrong. You know, like I said before, it's about creating a business that suits the lifestyle you have or you want. And I think that is the beauty of tutoring business and educational businesses is that you can literally create the dream business. But yeah, it's really, it's really cool to see that even within our mastermind, all of the members, even though they all have a tutoring business, they are also different, you know, and we've got this beautiful community, and there are people who, like you said, it can get lonely, sometimes working, you know, by yourself and your business. So these people who will understand each other and get each other and are there to support and help each other answer questions. And that in itself has just blown me away because I didn't expect that much sort of support for each other because you know, you'll get the the odd person every now and then who is very close, and I don't want to share my business, I don't want to talk about my business because you might steal my ideas and blah, blah. And the first thing I think is they're not your ideas, you know, like a lot of not just the Okay, race, they're not just your ideas, a lot of people have the same ideas. The difference is that the spin that you put on it, the way you deliver it, who you're actually delivering it for. And so, you know, if you worked with this person who has a similar idea to you, you could help each other and so, yeah, going back I think it's really, really interesting to see how people can can create from whatever their background you know, from our parents from our home schooler from a teacher from a teacher a teacher aides as well. from people who just corporate like there's one lady who has an extremely successful business in Sydney now and she has no children education back She's not no homeschooling, nothing. She just loves education, and decided that she was going to make this her business. And so she's doing great things with that. So, you know, I do sometimes assume that the people coming in teachers been overloaded now that that's not the case. It's people who want to make a difference. And people who want to use those skills to to work with children, like I said, create that business that suits their lifestyle.

Jo

And I think too, with the current situation of the pandemic in the world, I think it has given every parent a taste of tutoring. To some degree. Currently, at the moment, we've got our 12 year old who's taken over the beach with a shoe box, architectural masterpiece, but there just seems to be carbs, and everything. I think that teachers tutors have the best patients in the world.

Kirsty

It's easier when they're not your kids. 100%. And actually, that's really funny, because when we get phone calls, tutoring inquiries, some of the parents will often say, I don't know how to help them, or I don't know how to work with them, or they just don't want to listen to me. So don't worry, you know, it's because your mom, that's literally the prerequisite for not listening to you. You've ticked that one box. So I mean, I get it with with my own girls, not so much yet, because they're little, but I'm already my, my eldest is your one. And she's already saying, that's not what Mrs. You know, that's not what my teacher said. And so I'm like, you know, I'm a teacher as well, right? I'm just normal in the classroom. But um, yeah, so it's definitely easier when they're not your children, when you're working with somebody else's? Kids, you have a lot more patients than your own. That's for sure.

Jo

I am Yeah, I just think, oh, my goodness, I it has really given me a good, realistic look at what teachers go through. And what any kind of tutoring teacher would go through as well. I just think, oh, my goodness, with the pandemic, and things like that, has it given you access to sort of more people are coming to look for services like yours, because, you know, I, I think to myself, that if I did have that inclination, I'd be looking at, you know, something like what you're offering and go, actually, I could do this as a side business or a side hustle to fill a couple of hours a week, like, are you finding that more people are sorting you out?

Kirsty

It's huge. So since last year, since the pandemic started, you know, on one side, we had a massive increase for tutoring, as you could imagine, you know, parents are at home with their kids and like help. So that increased it, you know, out of sight, and it is still, we have so many more calls every single week still. And then on the other side, we have teachers who can't get to their work. So obviously, we're, you know, in in Australia, we have, at the moment where we're broken up, were broken into states. And so where somebody might have traveled five minutes down the road to get to their job, they're not allowed to do that. So those people are now reassessing their career paths and their choices, and what are they going to do? So we have people in that situation, we have people who are not wanting to, you know, for example, get vaccinated, because that's just not what they believe in. So they're looking for other options. We have teachers who have experienced homeschooling with their own kids at home and thought, I could totally do this. I love this. We have teachers who are parents on the other side and thought, you know, I don't want my kid to go to school and have to wear a mask every day. So there is this this overwhelming variety of experiences where people are reassessing. Do I want to be a teacher. Do I want to be doing what I'm currently doing? Or is there another option, and the most obvious option is for them to create something that's easy, doesn't have a lot of setup expenses, there's not a huge overhead. It really is an easy step to take from the classroom or from the parent as homeschool, to a tutoring business whether, you know, I just spoke to two ladies actually yesterday in similar areas who can't cross the border, who will Want to start tearing businesses and one of them is going to. So everything falls under a tutoring business, one of them is going to actually create a homeschooling service. Because the area that she lives in, there's a lot of families who don't want to send their kids to school for lots of different reasons. So she's creating the tutoring business, but I'm helping her with the foundations, but her services will be homeschooling and tutoring. Whereas another lady is setting up her tutoring business and her services are going to be school readiness classes and tutoring. So, um, you know, just in one day yesterday, we've had two people you know, have this new lease on life because they're like, this is so exciting and I can do the hours that I want to do and I'm, you know, when they realize the amount of families that are needing their services, and you know, the revenue that they can make for working their hours as opposed to what they were in their current job. It's kind of a no brainer. So yeah, there definitely has been an increase in that and that's been really really exciting for me especially to see that

Jo

Yeah, well, it is it's perfect, it is perfect timing because you know, as you see it, it is extra income streams into households and we know that a lot of households now are looking at 234 different income streams to come in just to cover the basis and you know, what you're offering I just think it's a it's kind of a no brainer for anyone who has that inkling towards teaching go children wanting to be a part of that. I think it's it's brilliant. And so as you've said, you can help somebody who is just starting off in business and then you can help somebody who's already in business is was that right?

Kirsty

Yeah, so my course classroom to business has been designed exactly for the startups so people who have an idea and they want it to come to life so we go through all of those foundations from you know, the legal admin sort of things you need to set up right through to having a website and your branding and starting to look at your marketing plan and things like that. So all of that is packaged in to a course that you have got you know, you can do in your own time as it suits you. And then I have my mastermind and that's like a monthly membership that basically is a coaching program where you work with me inside of our community of other amazing women doing the same thing and in that membership, we're looking to really push you so we're looking for growth and scalability, we're looking to implement systems and automations looking to see how we can restructure some of our businesses so that it's not just me working 40 hours a week tutoring all the time, but how I can you know, bring on other staff or look at my services to changes up to increase my margins. And even like you just mentioned then having other revenue streams so even within that business, I highly recommend that tutoring businesses because a lot of them get stuck at like that five figure Mark because they have reached that ceiling so I always recommend looking past one on ones I would recommend employing staff but the other thing that we that I work with the ladies and doing is having another revenue stream so you know you've got this knowledge in your head of how to work with children and help children and help parents let's package that up and and deliver that as well. So whether they're workshops, parents, we've got one lady doing an online course for children who are in your seven a star in your six transitioning to your seven so it's all about their mental health. We've got another lady who's got a course and she works as a course sells to kids to help them learn their times tables you know, like all of these other things that people are doing to help bring that revenue into their businesses. So yeah, the two ends of the scales and are both equally as exciting because you're in that starting phase where it's like yes let's do this let's get it happening or you're in that end phase we're like okay, next level let's boost it up. So yeah, that's really cool.

Jo

That is exciting to have both levels. Because you know, a lot of people just concentrate on that style and go that's my niche or just concentrate on the you know, leveling up. That's my niche, but I love that you're coming at both scales, because too. If you've got somebody at that startup phase, you can take them right through the journey, which is brilliant. I absolutely love it. I love what you're saying. I think that yeah, it's I've said a million times on this already that for anyone that is thinking has it Anything to do with tutoring or anything like that, then I think you'll call us as a great place to start. And even if not, even if you've already got that tutoring business, then it's a good place to, as you've just said to to join into that kind of mastermind. It's fantastic. So Kirsty, I'm just gonna check with you. One of the great things about the show is that we always ask our guests for three tips for you. But anytime you have your three tips,

Kirsty

I do. So I written them down because I'm useless. And, you know, I did think of these yesterday, and I wanted to share them. But I actually wanted to talk about some typical wealth, because money has been something that I've had some massive blocks around. And that has had to do with growing up, and probably similar to a lot of other people that if you want more money, you're greedy, and there's more people who deserve it than you love. So, um, three things that I wanted to talk about there was, if nothing changes, nothing changes. So right now, if you're in a situation where you're like, Oh, yeah, I want to do that I want to get out of my job, or I hate this, or I don't enjoy going to school, or I don't enjoy doing what I'm doing, that's going to be the same every single day for the rest of your life, if nothing changes. So that's my first thing, you need to take a step, you are the only person right now who can actually make a difference. My second thing is focus on one thing at a time. So I am really bad at this. And I think as a lot of us with the entrepreneurial, you know, bug, or whether we were just born with it, I'm not sure, we are very easily distracted by other things, you know, oh, I could do this my business, I could do that I could do that. And the problem is that when we're trying to do all of those things, nothing gets down properly. And like I said, I totally learned this one the hard way. And it's been my biggest learning experience for the last 12 months is when you put your effort, your time, your money, your concentration, all of your love into one thing, you do that so well. And you see the benefits. And my third one is Be patient and consistent. So don't give up. So a lot of the ladies that I work with in the startup phase, they, you know, create their business and they create a website, and then they like, right, and they just expect to be you know, millionaires overnight. But I think it's business isn't easy. It can definitely be simple, but it's not easy. It's something that is required for you to work. If it was easy, everyone would do it. It takes a special kind of person. But it has amazing results, amazing consequences, you get to design the life that you want. So I think that you know, if you can be patient and understand that your business takes you to show up consistently. And I don't always mean show up on social media, I just mean, get to your desk and working on it regularly or you know, whatever it is that you're doing, be consistent and persistent. And that's where you will start to see the change. You can't expect it right away. So they'll be they are great tips. Oh my gosh, you sing from my home sheet. You really do. I love that. So true. If you don't do anything, nothing changes. Yeah, just all stays the same. And it's up to you to totally take that step. But also to You're so right. When you're an entrepreneur, you've got some form of creativity in your life as well. And creatives and entrepreneurs sometimes love new shiny things very much into that hope. Let's create it. And then I'll look Can you shine anything so absolutely focused on one thing at a time. Absolutely. Love that. And then be patient and consistent. I think consistency is the difference between a business that can boom, yeah, compared to one that just fizzles out. And is that consistency that turning up? I mean, that's one thing. I find social media very challenging because it's not my first or second language. And I find it challenging because you do you have to be consistent. You have to show up, and you've got to show up on days that you really don't want to. And I do find myself kind of going, Do I really have to do today? What do I need to and you actually do and because as you said it is patience and persistence and consistency that will win you the race at the end of it. So three fantastic tips theory Very good, well thought out tips.

Jo

Thank you very much. I'm sure that the listeners will absolutely love that. And then I've got two last questions I asked all of my guests. So the first question is, is that if you could pick a color of sequence, what color would that be and why?

Kirsty

I'm Apple comes to mind, like a bright greenish apple. I think for me that sort of represents the gentle and genuine kind kind of side. But also really fun. So, you know, I'm here, you know, supportive, but I also like to have a laugh and have a good time.

I would say that it describes it to a tee. I love it. And Kirsty is also wearing a lovely green today as well. I think I think that describes you to a tee love it. Because Yeah, you've got that gentleness and caring of the tutor of the teacher. But then you're a little bit fun as well, I think that's great. And then my final question for you is, if on the sequin scale of one being that you can't hardly pull yourself out of bed, and ten, being that you're dropping glitter, everywhere you go. And life was fantastic. Where does your life currently sit on the sequin scale?

Kirsty

Um, to be honest, I think it's probably quite high. Where I live is quite near the Queensland New South Wales border. So some days sequins of falling off me not in a good way. But generally speaking, it's probably an eight and you know, when I'm in the middle of the launch, like I am now it's, it's annoying, I there's so much excitement and hype. Definitely went on with my kids. It can be high. Insane that sometimes when I'm with my kids, it can be low. But I would say on average, it's probably about an eight or nine, I feel like I've got to a point now in business, and in life, you know, with my family, the way that everything is, is I'm really happy. I just love what I do. I have amazing people around me, I have a beautiful family who I'm so blessed for. So you know, I'm going to go with some days this 10 year, I can't complain. It's just, it's good. Life is good. However, you're on a sliding scale a kind of a team.

Jo

Yeah. Yeah, I absolutely love that. Now, your course is, so it's open at the moment. This might be PM, our listeners might be hearing this just a little bit after your launch might have closed. But if somebody is listening to this, and they want to join, do they have to wait for the next launch? Or can they go into a waitlist? Or what can they do.

Kirsty

So the launch that I've got open at the moment is for the mastermind. So that's for those businesses who are already established and up and running and ready to level up. So the doors for that will open again next year. So they can definitely join the waitlist and be the first to know and receive some sneaky little bonuses that I always share with my waitlist. Otherwise the course that I have classroom to business, which is a you know, startup girlfriend foundation course, that's evergreen, so that's they're available all the time, so people can check that out. You know, jump on a discovery call with me and have a chat. Because if it's something that you're thinking about, then it's always good to, you know, bounce those ideas around and see if it's right for you. But yeah, that's definitely something that is, you know, out there and available all the time for everybody

Jo

For that and Kirsty How can people get hold of you.
